I am a wife and parent of 4 beautiful children, 2 being special needs. I am also a certified bilingual (english/spanish) Special Needs Parents Coach, facilitator, speaker and advocate for special needs parents and working moms, committed to assist individuals and parents get unstuck and advance in their life. I have worked directly with individuals as well as parents going through overwhelm, a sense of loss or grief, anxiety, depression and/or emotional distortion through coaching sessions. 

I employ a variety of systems to help you build your confidence, time management, empowerment as well as equipping, self- compassion, setting up healthy boundaries, and finding the proper habits in order to have a healthy lifestyle.  

It has been of great privilege to add value to individuals as well as my community with the experience, knowledge and wisdom that I’ve acquired through the years. I take great pride in the work that I do, in the community that I serve and individuals I’ve empowered and equipped.
